Marilyn Kay (Grace) Mostoller, 68, Hopewell, died Feb. 3, 2025, at UPMC Altoona Hospital. She was born in Somerset, daughter of the late Emerson and Mildred (Whipkey) Grace.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Tyler Jay Grace; brothers: Dave, Jay, Bobby and Barry; and brother-in-law, Ronald Mort.
Surviving are a son, Zac Grace of Nashville, Tenn.; sisters, Patricia Mort of Hooversville R.D. and Sissy and friend, Norm, of Boswell R.D.; and brother, Tim of Stoystown. Kay is also survived by her stepdaughter, Brooke (Justin) Corbett of Jupiter, Fla., and family; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other relatives she loved very much; along with very special friends, Penny Wilson and Vicki Tims.
She enjoyed watching her son, Zac, perform in various bands, spending time with family, watching her Steelers play — especially when Troy Polamalu was still playing — chatting with friends, crossword puzzles, playing the lottery and simply just being able to help others.
She wished to extend her thanks to the staff at UPMC Bedford and Altoona for the great care they provided.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date for those who would like to attend and share memories of Kay.
