Robert Irving Tabor, 33, Altoona, Iowa, originally from Northern Cambria, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday.
Surviving are his mother, Cheri (Jack) Nash; his brother, Daniel Tabor; two sisters, Kyleigh Davis (nephews, Leo and Lincoln Steinbugl) and Lynsey Davis; his maternal aunt, Valerie (Jason) Wyper; paternal uncles: Alan, Richard (Dickie), Ron, Bob Tabor and Lyndon Rogers; and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Daryl Scott Tabor; his grandmother, Helen Barrett Tabor Rogers and grandfather (maternal), Robert Witherow; and his grandmother, Teresa Normann Witherow.
Robert was known for his charismatic personality, sharp wit and infectious sense of humor. He had a gift for making people laugh and bringing light to any room he entered. His outgoing nature and genuine kindness left an indelible mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy is one of joy, love and the countless cherished memories he leaves behind with family and friends. His vibrant spirit will be profoundly missed but forever celebrated. The family will honor Robert with a celebration of life sometime in May 2025. Details will be announced.
