Melinda was a quick-witted, free spirit who made everyone laugh. Her antics have always put smiles on faces and will continue to do so as they are retold. Her children, family, close friends and dog, Khloe, meant the world to her, and she loved spending time with all of them. Her favorite things were doing crossword puzzles, watching scary movies and the Pittsburgh Steelers. She was also a perpetual night owl who would text or call you in the middle of the night.
Mindy battled congestive heart failure so courageously for the past 10 years. She was an inspiration to so many people and she just loved to make people laugh. Her mind and body fought hard, but eventually she tired out and she gained her wings, surrounded by those who loved her.
