Kay L. Biddle, 85, of Martinsburg, passed away Sunday, April 28, 2024, at home. She was born Nov. 27, 1938, in Altoona, daughter of the late Arthur and Ethel (Woomer) Wyland. She was twice married, first to M. Kenneth Biddle Sr., who preceded her in death, and then to the Rev. William R. Biddle.
Surviving is her loving husband and caregiver, William; three children: Cindy Ryan and husband, Dick; Holly Link and husband, Tom; and Ken Biddle Jr.; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and five siblings. She was also blessed with a stepfamily: Barbie and Chris Christenson, Bobby Biddle, Christy and Donnie Posel, Peachy and Rick Goebel; five grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Lynn Biddle, and three siblings.
Kay was a homemaker and enjoyed spending Sundays with her family at Ponderosa.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the noon funeral service Thursday, May 2, 2024, at The First Church of the Brethren, 901 Bloomfield St., Roaring Spring, with her nephew, the Rev. Larry Weaver, officiating. Interment at Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the charity of your choice.
