Donald R. Berkheimer, 92, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Wednesday. He was born in Donnertown, son of the late Harvey and Emma (Bowser) Berkheimer.
He married Mary Brubaker, who preceded him in death in 2022, after sharing 69 years of marriage.
Surviving are a son, Allen and wife, Deborah, of McKeesport.
He was preceded in death by numerous siblings.
Don retired from Small Tube Products Inc. He previously owned and operated Don's Cycle Sales and Berkheimer Auctions.
He was a very loving husband and was a guiding hand as a father. He enjoyed his animals, flowers, long car rides in the country, and getting ice cream at Ritchey's Dairy.
Friends will be received from 12 noon to 2 and 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, 2023, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a funeral service will immediately follow at 6 p.m., with Pastor Ralph Hamer officiating.
Private interment at Carson Valley Cemetery.
