Shirley Ann Frederick

Shirley Ann Frederick, 83, a resident at Midtown Oaks Health & Rehab Center, formerly of Claysburg, died Saturday. She was born in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Harry E. Sr. and Cleo P. (Claar) Myers. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Long; and siblings, Lillian Leonard and Harry “Deets” Myers Jr. Surviving are children, Donald and Karen Frederick; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a brother, Don “Red” Myers. At the request of the deceased, no services will be held. Arrangements are by Stone Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., Woodbury.
