Judith R. "Judy" Jones, 71, Coraopolis, passed away Wednesday at AHN Wexford Hospital. She was born in Clearfield, daughter of the late Kenneth and Maryjane Rowles.
Judy married Brian R. Jones in Montego Bay, Jamaica, on July 21, 1992.
She is survived by her husband; and a brother, Clark Rowles in Wisconsin.
Judy was a graduate of Clearfield Area High School and Penn State University.
She retired from a long career as an event manager, working with a variety of companies around the country.
Judy was a member of the Penn State Alumni Association. She enjoyed gardening, dancing, traveling and loved her pet dogs.
Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27, 2023, at The Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 Eighth Ave., Altoona.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2023, at Stevens Memorial Chapel, with Monsignor Stanley Carson. Committal will be held at Calvary Cemetery.
