Barbara Louise Gray, 92, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday at Garvey Manor Nursing Home, Hollidaysburg. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Harry G. and Dorothy M. (Smith) Lykens.
She married Richard D. Gray in 1958, and he preceded her in death.
Surviving are a daughter, Lana Leavy and husband, Roger, in New York; two sons, Clifton Gray and wife, Cornelia, of Duncansville and Rob and wife, Trish, of Hollidaysburg; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a dear family friend, Kathy Dawar.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Blake, in 2020.
Barbara graduated from Altoona High School and was a homemaker and childcare provider.
She was a non-denominational Christian and enjoyed crocheting golf towels and tole painting. She loved reading her bible.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023, at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg, where a funeral service will immediately follow at noon.
