Mervin L. Sollenberger Sr., 65, Ashville, died Wednesday. He was born in Altoona, son of Alice (Bossler) Drass and the late Mervin Sollenberger. Surviving are his wife, Pam; a son, Mervin Jr.; stepchildren, Mark Cross and Michelle Friedenberger; grandsons raised in the home: David, Zakk and Brayden; siblings, Renee Weidlich and Thomas Drass; a friend, Mike; and a large extended family. He was predeceased by a stepson, David Mannarino; and stepfather, Richard Drass. All services are private at Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
