Stultz

Carol Ann Stultz, 71, of Hollidaysburg, passed away peacefully at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Roaring Spring, after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of John P. and Katherine (Carrier) Stultz.

Surviving are brothers, John (Dianne) Stultz of Hollidaysburg, and Bob Stultz of Osterburg; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Tom Stultz.

Carol enjoyed providing a laugh and keeping in touch with her family.

She was an avid animal lover and had previously worked for Dr. Unger and Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, and Lakemont Park during its reopening.

Carol was loved by everyone. Those she knew and everyone she met will remember her sense of humor. She was always willing to offer a helping hand to anyone who needed one, even during her times of struggle. The last few years of her parents' lives, she was right by their side doing whatever needed to be done, which made their life so much better and easier at their home in Hollidaysburg.

Carol was an active member of First Presbyterian Church, Hollidaysburg.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, Carol would love memorial donations to Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1837 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, PA 16602; or Mending Hearts Animal Rescue, P.O. Box 97, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
