Elexia Unique Starr Bollman, 9, Roaring Spring, passed away Saturday. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of Ashley (Hartman) Neff. Surviving are her mother; siblings: Maci Brandt, Eliana Ickes and Huntlee Hartman; stepfather, Robert Young; stepsiblings, Aiden and Isabelle Young; grandparents, Loren and Terri Armstrong; great-grandparents, Beatrice and Richard Fawks; and great-grandmother, Donna Rearick. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 7, 2023, at The Stevens Mortuary Inc., 1421 Eighth Ave., Altoona.
