Yvonne A. (Garland) Bickel, 86, of Altoona, passed away Friday. She was born in Cambridge, England, daughter of the late Sidney and Mona (Thompson) Garland.
Surviving are a daughter, Lou Ann Bickel and her husband, Daniel Dell; a son, Stephen Bickel and his wife, Vicki; five grandchildren: Rochelle, Stevie, Siara, Chelsey and Colton; six great-grandchildren: Lanessa, E.J., Braelynn, Kendyll, Devyn and Bryson; two sisters, Veronica and Judy; and a brother, Barrie.
She was preceded in death by a son, Joseph N. Bickel.
Yvonne worked as an office manager and enjoyed knitting and spending time with her family.
At the request of the deceased, there will be no public service. Cremation services by Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
