Sharon K. (Glass) Drexler, 58, of Altoona, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Paul E. Sr. and Verna J. (Jackson) Glass.
She married Thomas P. Drexler on Sept. 17, 1988.
Surviving are her husband of 34 years; a daughter, Ashley M. Nash; a son, Scott M. Barb (Julie); a grandson, Paul Nash IV (Riley); a great-granddaughter, Layla Nash; a sister, Becky Klock (Mike); two brothers, Paul E. Jr. (Nancy) and Jeff (Jennie); and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Lucas Stough.
Sharon graduated from Claysburg-Kimmel High School in 1982. She earned a BS in Psychology, Crisis Counseling from Liberty University, and a Master's Degree in Human Services Counseling from Regent University.
Sharon was also ordained as a Senior Chaplain from the International Alliance of Chaplain Corps.
She was a licensed real estate agent for Coldwell Banker and was currently a healthcare concierge for UPMC for Life.
Sharon was a member of Smith Corner Church.
Her greatest joy was her family and helping others in need.
At the request of the deceased, a private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Cremation by Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
