Ronald Clair Sinclair, 77, Beaver Valley, died Sunday at his residence.
He was born in Coalport, son of the late Clair and Eunice (Clark) Sinclair.
Surviving are his wife of 54 years, the former Theo Fegan, whom he married July 4, 1967 in Coalport; a daughter, Lyncola (Jeffrey) Gallaher of Rosebud; two grandchildren, Cole and Arabella; a sister, Norma (Larry) Merle of Chambersburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He owned and operated Sinclair Gas Station, Coalport, for more than
30 years. He also worked as a substitute auto mechanic teacher at Altoona and Clearfield Vocational Technical Schools. He was a life member of the Coalport Masons, and member of the Coalport Moose, IOOF and Beaver Valley United Methodist Church.
Ron enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, working on cars, hunting and his dogs.
Friends will be received from 5 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 8, 2021, at Gibbons Funeral Home,
1085 Main St., Coalport, and from 1 until time of funeral service at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, 2021, at Beaver Valley United Methodist Church, Flinton, the Rev. Dean Dietrick officiating. Interment will be at Beaver Valley Cemetery.
