Cynthia Diane ‘Cyndi’ (Lear) Greider

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Lear; two brothers, David Lear and Daniel Lear; and a sister, Sandra Lear Freeman.

Cyndi is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Mark Greider; her mother, Nona (Summers) Lear; a brother, Brian Lear of Plano, Texas; and a sister, Tiffany Lear Middaugh of Terrell, Texas. She is sadly missed by her nephews, nieces, cousins and a host of friends who all knew of her generosity of heart, time, love and willingness to help in any way she could.

Cyndi was a member of St. Therese’s Catholic Church and graduated from Bishop Guilfoyle Catholic High School before going on to nursing school in Pittsburgh.

She moved to Texas, completed her degree and began her career as an RN. Cyndi loved being a nurse and excelled at it, becoming a critical care nurse and helping her patients and their families through very difficult times. She had a gift.

Cyndi was a member of Bent Tree Fellowship Church in Plano at the time of her passing.
