Florence M. Hogencamp, 94, Altoona, passed away late Thursday evening at her home. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Henry and Leah (Wineland) Walters.
She is survived by a daughter, Debra Odell and husband, David, of Altoona; a granddaughter, Heather Smith and husband, Shawn; a grandson, Justin Hicks and wife, Kristal; seven great-grandchildren: Breanna Rodgers and fiance, Ronnie, Shawn Smith, Sophia Smith, Damien Osta and wife, Abby, Jewel Hicks, Justin Louis Hicks Jr., and one on the way; and two
sisters, Betty Grassmyer and Donna Tipton and
husband, Ed.
She was preceded in death by her husband; and a daughter, Kathy Arnsparger.
Florence was a homemaker and attended Abundant Life Assembly of God. She attended events at the Senior Center and enjoyed painting, drawing, coloring and word search puzzles.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held. Interment will take place at Blair Memorial Park, Antis Township.
