Jane ‘Jenny’ Cellini

Jane “Jenny” Cellini, 95, Altoona, passed away Wednesday at Elmcroft of Altoona following a brief illness.
She was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late Vito Dan and Lucia (LaBella) Bruno. Jenny married Albert L. Cellini on Aug. 6, 1946, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, and he preceded her in death on April 4, 2007.
Surviving are two daughters: Alberta (Cellini) Ake (Clifford) and Patricia (Cellini) Caum, both of Altoona; a granddaughter, Allison Graham (Nate) of New York City, N.Y.; a sister-in-law, Marian Bruno; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two sisters: Madeline DeAnthony and Josephine Caputo; three brothers: Anthony “Gabby,” Frank and Gabriel. Jenny was the last surviving member of her family.
Jenny was a graduate of Altoona High School. She was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated by the Fransiscan Fathers at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 4, 2021, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, where COVID-19 protocols will be observed. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
