Kenneth R. “Kenny” Snowberger, 42, Cresson, formerly of Ashville RD, passed peacefully Monday at his home, after a two-year battle with cancer.
He was born in Altoona, son of Kenneth and Christine (Weaver) Snowberger.
Surviving are his parents of Ashville RD; a sister, Keri Snowberger of Ashville RD; a brother, Corey Snowberger and wife, Lori, of Peachtree Corners, Ga.; fiancee, Nicole Mento of Cresson; niece and nephews: Joshua, Carley, Zachary, James, Benjamin and Jude; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Charles and Mary Ruth Weaver; and paternal grandparents, Elmer and Margaret Snowberger.
Kenny enjoyed dirt bikes, four-wheelers and family bonfires. He loved the outdoors and walks with Nicole and his beloved dog, Ford.
Due to the COVID-19 recommendations and restrictions, the family will have a private viewing and funeral Mass, the Rev. Leo Arnone celebrant. Interment will be at St. Francis Xavier Church Cemetery, Cresson. Arrangements are by Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 233 Keystone Ave., Cresson.
