Betty Jayne Robison

She was born in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late Raymond A. and Dortha M. (Ginter) Dillon. She married William K. Robison and he died Sept. 13, 1990.

Surviving are three children: William R. Robison and wife, Constance, of Punta Gorda, Fla., Dennis L. Robison and wife, Bonnie, of Hollidaysburg and Wesley L. Robison and wife, Jeannette, of Chesnee, S.C.; six grandchildren: Adrian, Tyler, Brian, Katie, Sandy and Jordan; and nine great-grandchildren: Shane, Jalen, Skylar, Morgan, Ryley, Harper, Lynlee, Hadley and Elyse.

She was preceded in death by two sisters: Donna Zeigler and Ethel Coble.

Betty was a 1942 graduate of Coalport-Irvona High School and retired from Bolger Brothers Inc. in 1988. She volunteered at the American Cancer Society for 10 years after her retirement.

Betty was a member of First United Methodist Church, Hollidaysburg, where she was a member of the King’s Daughters Sunday school class. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 471, Hollidaysburg.

Friends will be received from 1 until the 2 p.m. funeral service on Thursday, July 26, 2018, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park, Pastor John Godissart officiating. Interment will be made in Alto-Reste Park Cemetery.
