Charles W. Clapper, 59, New Enterprise, died Tuesday. He was born on in Lancaster, son of the late Jesse and Mary (Hoover) Clapper. Surviving are his wife, Robin; four children: Elizabeth Clapper, Jennifer Clouse, Michelle Paugh and Keith W. Clapper; three grandchildren; and five siblings: John, Herbert and James Clapper, Lois Wertz and Melanie Clapper. Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, 2017, and from 10 until the 11 a.m. funeral service, Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017, at Woodbury Church of the Brethren. Arrangements are by Weaver Funeral Home, Woodbury.
