Tiffany S. Carper

Surviving are her parents: Thomas Feather in West Virginia and Barbara Wicker of Altoona; her husband, Brian Carper; two sons: Adam Pfeister of Butler and Devin Carper at home; a half brother, Bryan Feather of Altoona; a half sister, Courtney Feather in Ohio; and her mother-in-law, Nancy Carper of Newry. There will be no public viewing. A service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Liebegott-Brown Funeral Home Inc., Duncansville.
