The following defendant was placed in the Intermediate Punishment Program for a period of 60 days to 60 months, and will pay costs of the program and complete 25-30 hours of community service:
Shawn C. E. Grealey, 36, 1704 Bellmeade Drive, sentenced on Sept. 18, 2018, for DUI-second offense, filed by Logan Township police

April 6, 2018, to $50 fine and 12 months' probation for retail theft, filed by Logan Township police Jan. 13, 2018.
