Ashley D. Futrell, 18, 2706 W. Chestnut Ave., first floor, Altoona, charged by Blair Township police with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at Fine Wine & Good Spirits, 202 Hollidaysburg Plaza, Duncansville, Feb. 19.

Edmund S. Lee, 57, 1520 11th St., Altoona, charged by Hollidaysburg police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at Penn and Pine streets on Feb. 23.

Ashley L. Kline, 29, 306 Allegheny St., Apt. 4, Hollidaysburg, charged by Hollidaysburg police with possession of drug paraphernalia at her residence Feb. 27; and with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at state Route 22 and Broad Street on March 10.

Matthew R. Snider, 28, 423 Poplar St., Roaring Spring, charged by Hollidaysburg police with possession of drug paraphernalia on the 300 block of Allegheny Street, Hollidaysburg, Feb. 27.

Roxanne M. Davis, 26, 1212 Sixth Ave., Altoona, charged by state police with DUI and three summary traffic violations at 19th Street and 11th Avenue on Feb. 3.

Alicia L. Mazzarese, 28, 103 Chestnut St., Gallitzin, charged by state police with DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two summary traffic violations at Seventh Street and Chestnut Avenue, Altoona, Feb. 2.

Heather L. Guerin, 42, 1014 24th Ave., Altoona, charged by Altoona police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at Route 36 and Spruce Street on March 3.
