Magisterial district judge

Filed before Altoona Magisterial District Judge Daniel C. DeAntonio:

David A. Bongiorno, 51, 1025 W. Carson Valley Road, Duncansville, charged by UPMC Altoona police with two counts of disorderly conduct and harassment in ER Plum Bay, No. 16, Jan. 26. Charge of harassment was moved to nontraffic court; other charges were dismissed March 6.

Ethen J. Poorman, 21, 104 S. Kettle St., charged by Altoona police with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence Feb. 2. Guilty plea entered to charge of possession of a controlled substance; other charge was withdrawn March 6.

William R. Heiss, 28, 408 N. Second St., Apt. 2, charged by Altoona police with possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence Jan. 1. Charge was held for court March 6.

Guilty pleas entered March 6:

William F. Korman Jr., 22, 1606 Fourth St., charged by Altoona police with cyber harassment of a child on the 100 block of North Seventh Avenue, Jan. 26.

Alexa M. Marra, 22, 1620 Fordham Circle, charged by Altoona police with possession of drug paraphernalia on the 1300 block of North Fourth Avenue, Jan. 25.

Charges waived to court March 6:

Michael J. Helsel, 20, 373 Bedford St., Claysburg, charged by Altoona police with DUI, a liquor violation by a person less than 21 years of age and one summary traffic violation on the 400 block of North Second Street, Dec. 22.
