Samantha Smith, 27, 920 30th St., Altoona, sentenced April 13, 2015, to $50 fine and five years’ probation after pleading no contest to access device fraud issued to another who did not authorize use, theft by unlawful taking and possession of controlled substance by person not registered, filed by Altoona police Aug. 26, 2014.

Dallas Webb, 54, 1701 Fifth Ave., Altoona, sentenced Jan. 26, 2015, to one year’s probation after pleading no contest to open lewdness, filed by Altoona police Sept. 29, 2014.

The following defendants pleaded guilty to the charges shown and were sentenced as follows:

Michael Sherwin, 40, 243 Hickory Drive, Tyrone, sentenced March 2, 2015, to $1,000 fine, 72 hours-six months jail for DUI-controlled substance, filed by state police Jan. 1, 2014.

Lori L. Shane, 38, 4366 Cove Mt. Road, Roaring Spring, sentenced March 3, 2015, to $1,000 fine and 74 hours-six months in jail for DUI controlled substance, filed by state police April 7, 2014.

Ronald J. Courchene, 37, 1217 14th Ave., Altoona, sentenced March 9, 2015, to $1,000 fine and 72 hours-six months in jail for DUI; and $300 fine for required financial responsibility, filed by Altoona police June 12, 2014.

DeShawn Randolp, 24, 1429 First Ave., Altoona, sentenced Feb. 24, 2015, to $1,000 fine and 72 hours-six months in jail for DUI; and to $350 fine and one year’s probation for fleeing attempting to elude officer, filed by Logan Township police Aug. 11, 2014.

Kimber Price, 53, 612 Fifth Ave., Altoona, sentenced May 8, 2015, to $700 fine, one-two years in jail and three years’ probation for accidents involving death/personal property; to $1,000 fine and 72 hours-six months in jail for DUI; and to $200 fine for reckless driving, filed by Altoona police Aug. 16, 2014.

David Schnoel, 55, P.O. Box 319, Hollidaysburg, sentenced Jan. 6, 2015, to $1,500 fine, 90 days-18 months in jail for DUI, highest rate of alcohol, filed by Allegheny Township police Sept. 20, 2014.

Betty Mae Roberts, 34, 609 Sixth St., Huntingdon, sentenced March 6, 2015, to $500 fine and one year’s probation for criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and defiant trespass, filed by Altoona police Sept. 17, 2014.

William Aurandt, 22, 2300 Reservoir Road, Hollidaysburg, sentenced April 13, 2015, to $200 fine and two year’s probation for receiving stolen property, filed by Roaring Spring police Sept. 28, 2014.

Cody Ott, 22, 1904 Second Ave., Altoona, sentenced May 18, 2015, to $50 fine and one year’s probation for retail theft, filed by Allegheny Township police Sept. 29, 2014.

Devon Miller, 23, 2725 Everett Road, East Freedom, sentenced Feb. 6, 2015, to $200 fine and time served to 23 1⁄2 months in jail for possession of firearm prohibited, filed by Freedom Township police Oct. 15, 2014.
