– Louis Block, 40, Hyndman, was charged Dec. 12 with felon not to possess firearms and criminal mischief on Hogback Road, Londonderry Township.

– Jerry L. Drake, 43, Bedford, was charged Saturday with harassment at a residence on Business Route 220, Bedford Township.

– Douglas W. Dively, 37, New Enterprise, was charged Sunday with two counts of harassment on Muley Lane, South Woodbury Township.

– Richard C. Miller II, 33, Rockhill Furnace, was charged Saturday with assault and harassment after allegedly striking a 26-year-old man in the face at a Shirley Township bar.

– Richard L. Nicholas, 54, Greensburg, was arrested Sunday for driving under the influence on Route 26, Walker Township.

– Levi Confer, 20, Beech Creek, and a 17-year-old boy were charged Friday with underage drinking on Monument Orviston Road, Liberty Township.

– Peter J. Colbert, 40, no address listed, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct on Hammond Hill Road, East St. Clair Township.

– Kasema Kanaan, 29, 1330 Second Ave., was charged with endangering the welfare of children and driving under the influence Oct. 7 at McMahon Road.

– Thomas P. Cox, 59, Bedford, was charged Dec. 13 with driving under the influence on Route 30, Snake Spring Township.

– Matthew Moser, 418 Second Ave., was arrested Thursday on a warrant at his residence.

– Timothy Williams, 37, 5800 Boyce Ave., was charged Friday with driving under the influence on the 2100 block of Seventh Avenue.

Clearfield state police

– Police said Jesse Aaron Musselman, 33, Drifting, faces driving under the influence charges after losing control of his vehicle and spinning out in front of a police patrol car. Police said Musselman was speeding along Route 53 in Morris Township just before 1 a.m. Sunday when he lost control of his 2004 Hyundai Tiburon and spun out. Police said the incident occurred in front of a patrol vehicle parked along Powell Street, and when they stopped Musselman, police found him drinking an alcoholic beverage.

Philipsburg state police

– Police are investigating the theft of seven strands of outdoor LED Christmas lights from a home along Duncannon Street that occurred between Thursday and Friday.

— Caleb Wade Wagoner, no age given, Central City, was charged with driving under the influence after police stopped him for a traffic violation along Black Valley Road in Monroe Township about 1 a.m. Nov. 11.

— Margaret Ellen Teeters, 57, Everett, was charged with driving under the influence after police stopped her for a traffic violation along East Graceville Road in Providence Township at 12:07 a.m. Nov. 12.

— Jerry Russell, 33, Broad Top, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop about 1 a.m. Dec. 2 along Plank Road in Hopewell Township.

— Justin M. Hickox, 27, Cresson, will be charged for a crash he allegedly caused just before 6 p.m. Dec. 9. State police said Hickox lost control of his vehicle while attempting to make a turn at Brumbaugh Road and Kaufman Hollow Road. Police said he traveled off the road and struck a large metal and concrete gate. Hickox was wearing a seat belt and was not injured in the crash, police said.

— Kegan S. Metzner, 20, Hyndman, was charged with driving under the influence after a Nov. 23 incident along Paris Avenue.

— Michael J. Fleegle, 50, Hyndman, was charged with DUI after a Nov. 29 incident along Gooseberry Road in Londonderry Township.

— Tammy M. McVicker, 37, Everett will be charged after allegedly causing a Saturday afternoon crash along Winging Ridge Road in West Providence Township, police said. McVicker was driving west when she tried to round a curve in the road and lost control of her 2003 Chevrolet Tracker. Police said her vehicle went into the left lane and hit an embankment before rolling onto its roof. She and her 13-year-old passenger were not wearing their seat belts and suffered minor injuries. Both were transported to a hospital for treatment, police said.

Hollidaysburg state police

— Police said a Johnstown driver was uninjured when she struck a deer about 8 p.m. Thursday while driving west along Route 22 near the Gallitzin exit. Police said a deer ran across the road, and the driver was unable to avoid a collision, which caused heavy damage to the woman’s car and caused her airbags to deploy.

— A juvenile from Altoona is facing charges for failing to yield after police said she caused a crash along Old Sixth Avenue Tuesday afternoon. Police said the 17-year-old had stopped her 2008 Mercedes-Benz C300 at a stop sign along Sabbath Rest Road, but pulled out in front of another driver heading north on Old Sixth Avenue. The two vehicles collided in the middle of the road. Police said both drivers were wearing seat belts and weren’t injured.

Huntingdon state police

— Jacob Johnathan Shoup, 31, Mapleton, was charged with driving under the influence after police pulled him over for a traffic stop about 2 a.m. Nov. 23 along Valley Street in Cromwell Township.

— State police are investigating a late-night hit-and-run crash Sunday in Marklesburg Borough. Police said an unknown driver struck a utility pole and several mailboxes while exiting the James Creek post office Dec. 13 and fled in an unknown direction.

Rockview state police

— A Centre County Correctional Facility inmate has been charged with aggravated harassment by a prisoner for allegedly spitting on a corrections officer Dec. 8, police said. Christopher R. Hecker, 44, Norristown, spit on an officer several times while the officer was trying to give Hecker food.

— Jeremy Joseph Evans, 31, Millheim, is facing drug charges after police found him in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop Friday afternoon along Ridge Road in Gregg Township.

— A Bellefonte woman reported to police that she was assaulted the morning of Nov. 29 at a home along Zellers Lane in Walker Township. Police said they responded to the scene and noticed the woman had a head injury. The person who allegedly assaulted her is unknown. Police said anyone with information should call 355-7545.

– Frank Nyiri, 29, 1521 N. Fourth Ave., was arrested early Saturday morning at a Sheetz along Beale Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.

– Russell McMasters, 53, 606 Castle Drive, Duncansville, was arrested late Saturday night at 400 N. Second St. and charged with theft from a motor vehicle, criminal trespass and public drunkenness.

– Harry Eugene Shumaker Jr., 50, 1105 16th Ave., was arrested at home early Sunday for violating a protection-from-abuse order.

– Jack Allen Reiter, 45, 317 24th Ave., was arrested early Sunday morning along 12th Street and Third Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.

– Patrick Eugene Boston, 61, 64 Duff Drive, was arrested early Sunday morning at 1915 Pleasant Valley Boulevard and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance.

Bedford state police

– Police filed criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges against Tommy Gillesspie, 48, Bedford Township, after Gillesspie allegedly ran through traffic along Sunnyside Road Saturday morning. Police said he also punched out a window along Sunnyside Road.

– Police reported an unknown person used Hopewell resident Kendra Pritchett’s debit card to make purchases at numerous locations between Dec. 11 and Dec. 15. Pritchett was the victim of the fraud and was not charged as a previous report incorrectly said.

– Brian Allen Skiver, no age listed, Fallentimber, was arrested Wednesday night at Pleasant Valley Boulevard and 17th Street and charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

– Frank Lang, 40, 125 Sixth Ave., was arrested Wednesday at the Altoona Police Department on a bench warrant.

– Richard Stanton, no age listed, 3021 Colonial Drive, was arrested Monday at Sixth Avenue and Third Street and charged with driving under the influence.

– Connie Jo Miller, 36, 2918 Pine Ave., first floor rear, was arrested Sunday night at her residence and charged with simple assault and harassment.

– Carlin Futrell, 22, 120 Bell Ave., was arrested Sunday night on the 500 block of Ninth Street and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana.

– Lisa Lynn, 49, 227 Wicker St., was arrested Nov. 24 at her home and charged with simple assault and harassment.

– Stephen Musselman, 23, 303 Seventh Ave., was arrested Dec. 6 on North Fourth Avenue and charged with driving under the influence.

– Austin Smith, 21, Richeyville, was arrested Dec. 7 on Pleasant Valley Boulevard and charged with driving under the influence.

Hollidaysburg state police

– Michael S. Shevenock, 43, Hollidaysburg, was charged with harassment after an alleged incident on the 200 block of Jessica Street in Frankstown Township.

– A home on the 1400 block of Hoovers Lane in Snyder Township was burglarized Nov. 25 with a rifle and money stolen.

– Charles Closson, no age listed, Roaring Spring, was charged with harassment for an alleged incident Monday evening on the 100 block of Garfield Road in Bloomfield Township.

– Amy Lynn Clark, no age listed, Everett, was arrested Sunday on the 100 block of Hazelett Street in West Providence Township and charged with simple assault and related charges.

– Robert Charles Davidson, no age listed, Bedford, was arrested early Friday on Point Road in Napier Township and charged with simple assault and related charges.

– Chelsea Rea Calhoun, 27, no address listed, was arrested Dec. 8 on East Main Street in Everett Borough and charged with retail theft.

– Brandi Jo Imler, 39, no address listed, was arrested Dec.1 on Route 220 in Bedford Township and charged with driving under the influence.

– Jessika Annemarie Defrancesco, 39, 93 Duff Drive, was arrested early Sunday morning at 18th Street and Logan Avenue, where she was charged with public drunkenness.

Bedford state police

– A 77-year-old Bedford woman told police that a younger woman took her groceries and access card from outside a grocery store in Bedford Township. The older woman said she left the groceries and card in possession of the younger woman while returning to the store to purchase a pie. When she got outside, the younger woman was gone.

Clearfield state police

– Copper wiring was reported stolen during the early morning hours of Dec. 9 from a barn next to a residence on Spring Street in Houtzdale. Anyone with information should contact police.

– Linda Heiss, 54, 1009 Howard Ave., was arrested Friday at Eighth Street and Sixth Avenue and charged with driving under the influence.

– Robert Poullos, no age available, 102 Oak Leaf Lane, Tipton, was arrested Saturday at Ninth Street and Green Avenue and charged with public drunkenness.

– Lori Lynn Shane, 36, Martinsburg, was arrested Saturday morning on the 100 block of East First Avenue Alley on a warrant.

– Michael Boccardi, 47, 1626 Harrison Ave., was arrested Saturday morning on the 100 block of East First Avenue and charged with driving under the influence.

– Kenneth Blaine Bennett, 20, 718 Pleasant Valley Blvd., was arrested Saturday afternoon in Altoona on a warrant.

Bedford state police

– Four feed carts were reported stolen between Nov. 17 and 22 from Tractor Supply, Snake Spring Township, state police at Bedford said Friday.

Huntingdon state police

– David Wayne Beatty, 53, Mapleton Depot, has been charged with terroristic threats. State police said Friday that an investigation was launched after a 37-year-old woman from Mapleton Depot accused Beatty, on Nov. 22, of grabbing a rifle after threatening to shoot her. The pair were at a motel along the William Penn Highway in Brady Township.

Philipsburg state police

– A 37-year-old Philipsburg woman told police that she dropped cash while paying for items at a Philipsburg grocery store about noon Thursday. The woman said she didn’t realize her loss until exiting the store. It is believed that two people in line behind the woman took the money and left, police said.

Jason Bittner of 617 N. Second St. was arrested early Thursday near 25th Street and Sixth Avenue and charged with driving under the influence.

Kelly Lynn Miller of 514 Sixth Ave. was arrested early Thursday near her residence and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Christian Lorenzo Malone, 21, of 1711 14th St. was arrested late Friday on the 1700 block of 14th Street and charged with driving under the influence.

Daniel William Walk Jr., 39, of 1540 Reservoir Road in Hollidaysburg was arrested Saturday on the 2100 block of Seventh Avenue and charged with having an unlicensed firearm and failing to use a turn signal.
