William G. Ambrose, 84, of Greensburg, passed away Thursday. He was born in Altoona, a son of the late Lynn E. and Mary J. Houck Ambrose. Bill served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a 50-plus-year Past Master of Logan Lodge 490, Altoona. Bill was a faithful member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, Greensburg. His greatest joy in life was his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, James W. Ambrose; and two brothers, Lynn K. and James H. Ambrose. Bill is survived by his wife, Janet R.
