Austin Davis and state Department of Agriculture Secretary Russell Redding announced the second round of grants through the nation’s first Agricultural Innovation Grant Program. A puzzle swap will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Schlow Library in State College.
