A Saint Marys man is behind bars with bail denied after allegedly exposing himself to a juvenile female before inappropriately touching a second juvenile female at DelGrosso's water park.

Michael Alan Rairdan, 25, was arraigned Sunday by Magisterial District Judge Benjamin F. Jones on four felony counts each of unlawful contact with a minor - sexual offenses and corruption of minors - defendant age 18 or above, four misdemeanor counts of indecent assault and a misdemeanor count of open lewdness. He was remanded to the Blair County Prison with bail denied as "no combination of conditions can ensure the protection of the community," online court documents state.

State police at Hollidaysburg began an investigation into a report of unlawful contact with minors at the Comfort Inn and Suites at 140 Stroehman Drive about 11:30 a.m. Saturday when a male guest, later identified as Rairdan, was said to have exposed himself to a female juvenile, according to a public information release.

During their investigation, officers received a report from DelGrosso's Amusement Park at 4352 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd. in Tipton stating an adult male, later identified as Rairdan, had sexually touched a female child in the water park area. On scene, officers noted Rairdan as wearing the same clothes as the individual caught on surveillance video at the Comfort Inn, the release states.

State police are asking anyone with information regarding similar cases or incidents involving Rairdan to contact the state police at Hollidaysburg or their local police department, the release states.

Rairdan is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Aug. 11 in front of Magisterial District Judge Kevin M. Stoltz.
