Penn Cambria's Rising Stars Youth Football camp for kindergarten through sixth grade students wrapped up its third and final day Wednesday in Lilly. The camp is led by the Penn Cambria varsity football coaching staff, led by coach Jason Grassi, and the varsity football players, completing drills with elementary-level players. This year's camp had more than 60 children sign up.
