New hires and promotions
Stephanie Rowland has been promoted by Keller Engineers, Inc., to Chief Construction Manager, Transportation.
With more than 25 years of experience in the transportation construction industry, Rowland has overseen the inspection of many transportation projects and has a keen understanding of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation standards. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology and an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, both from The Pennsylvania State University.
Awards and honors
Robert Swales CEO of Clearly Ahead Development, has been appointed to serve as President of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association.
Swales brings extensive experience in community and economic development to the Association. Under his leadership, Clearly Ahead has advanced numerous initiatives and projects aimed at expanding local industry, supporting entrepreneurship, and enhancing regional competitiveness.
As President, Swales will lead the association’s efforts to address critical issues facing Pennsylvania’s economy, advocate for effective development programs, and foster partnerships among public and private sector leaders.
Timothy M. Henry, a private wealth advisor with The Henry Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC in Johnstown, has qualified for the company’s Circle of Success annual recognition program and will be honored for this achievement in 2026.
To earn this achievement, Henry, who has 26 years of experience with Ameriprise Financial, established himself as one of the company’s top advisors. Only a select number of high-performing advisors earn this distinction.
Randy Green, president of McCartney’s Workplace Solutions, Altoona, has been recognized with two distinguished honors: being named to the PA Business Central Top 100 list and receiving the Rotary Club of Altoona Paul Harris Fellow Award.
An Altoona native, Green has been part of the McCartney’s family business since the age of 15. After earning a degree in Business Economics from Penn State University, he returned to help lead the company, which celebrates 100 years of family ownership and nearly 140 years in business serving Central Pennsylvania.
The PA Business Central Top 100 award recognizes business and community leaders across the region who demonstrate professional excellence and community impact. Green’s leadership at McCartney’s Workplace Solutions and his longstanding commitment to local organizations reflect both.
