The Blair County Health and Welfare Council will meet at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Jan. 23.

The meeting will be held at The United Way of the Southern Alleghenies, 208 Hollidaysburg Plaza, Duncansville. There will also be a Zoom option available.

Sean Burns, executive director of HOPE Drop-In Center, will be the featured speaker. Burns will be giving an overview of the services provided at HOPE Drop-In.
