Area briefs: I-99 paving project to create delays

Drivers are restricted to one lane due to a paving project on I-99 South near the Pinecroft exit, PennDOT announced. Short delays should be expected from mile marker 38.4 to 29.4. Work on the passing lane began Monday and is scheduled to continue through Oct. 9. Once the work is finished, the passing lane will be opened and the travel lane will be closed for the same project.
