Loomis was arraigned Saturday afternoon before Magisterial District Judge Paula M. Aigner on three felony counts of possession with intent to deliver, three misdemeanor counts of possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bail was set at 10% of $40,000 and Loomis was remanded to the Blair County Prison.

His preliminary hearing is set for Nov. 26 before Magisterial District Judge Benjamin F. Jones.
