Dibert

A Bedford County jury has convicted a Duncansville woman in a plot to burn down the home where her estranged wife and family lived.

After a four-day trial and an hour of deliberations, the jury found Heather Dibert, 45, guilty of most of the charges lodged against her.

Dibert was accused of hiring a Lewistown man to burn down the Tulls Hill Road home in Napier Township in October 2023.
