- Blair County authorities say one man was killed and another injured following a two-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer Friday afternoon. County coroner Ray Benton identified the crash victim as 29-year-old Jamie Rinehart. Investigators said Rinehart was killed after colliding head-on with a tractor-trailer at 812 Old Sixth Avenue Road in Logan Township about 2 p.m. Officials said Rinehart was pronounced dead at the scene.
