Amount of time spent on FFA: FFA is a yearlong commitment that involves attending meetings, CDE, ACES and other activities, such as donkey basketball. It has prepared me by giving me confidence in speaking in front of others and teamwork.

Favorite FFA memory: My favorite memory is attending the Pennsylvania Farm Show in Harrisburg and receiving my jacket and participating in the annual donkey basketball fundraiser.

FFA accomplishments: Receiving my FFA jacket

How has FFA prepared you for your future aspirations: FFA has provided me with a sense of teamwork that will carry with me as I continue to grow as a young adult.

Special thanks: I would like to thank Myken Poorman, my FFA advisor, for the opportunity to be part of the FFA community at the Bellefonte Area High School. I would also like to thank my parents for always supporting me and raising me to be a respectable, reliable and honest person.

Quote: "FFA is more than farming and animals. FFA is also about how agriculture affects and benefits everyday life. FFA provides an opportunity for developing skills, learning about leadership and making a positive impact."
