The owner of a Portage business has been charged with selling alcohol without a license.
Gary Eugene Vaughn, 49, and Kenneth Roy Beeman, 32, both of Portage, were charged with selling alcohol without a liquor license on Monday. The charges originate from an ongoing investigation at Bodies in Motion Lounge, according to a state police report.
According to online court documents, Vaughn and Beeman each face eight misdemeanor charges for the incident listed as occurring on Aug. 12.
