Pickup stolen in prison escape found
Police locate vehicle in Philly; Tilghman remains on the run

The pickup truck allegedly stolen by an escaped Blair County inmate earlier this month has been recovered in Philadelphia.
According to the U.S. Marshals Service, the red Ford F-150 taken from the Lakemont area by Isaiah Tilghman, 33, was found abandoned Friday on the 2600 block of South Front Street in Philadelphia. The truck was bearing a license plate stolen from Port Richmond, according to a post on X by the U.S. Marshals Service.
When the truck was stolen Dec. 3 in Blair County, police reported the license plate had been switched with another vehicle. That license plate was found on the street in Philadelphia on Dec. 6.
Tilghman, of Philadelphia, was being held in the Blair prison on drug-related offenses, as well as a state parole detainer, according to the Hollidaysburg Borough Police Department's Facebook page.
He now faces additional charges related to the escape, including felony charges of escape and flight to avoid apprehension/trial/punishment and misdemeanor charges of possession of an instrument of crime with intent and institutional vandalism.
In May, Tilghman was arrested after police reportedly located a bag belonging to him in a local hotel room.
The bag contained more than $100,000 in various drugs, including fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine.
