Carrolltown native Stan Gwizdak will be celebrating the publication of his book, "Karmic Selling: Earning Business by Earning Trust," from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, at the Carrolltown American Legion.
Instead of selling copies of the book, he will be giving out copies and, in return, collecting donations for local nonprofits St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantries and Casey's Cafe in Altoona.
In the book, entrepreneur and Kormac CEO Gwizdak tells how he's built his career by helping others.
Gwizdak is CEO of The Kormac Group, a management consulting firm. He believes in karma: doing good for others. In this book, Gwizdak explains how to apply his clean-heart approach to the business world, giving readers practical tools to achieve lasting personal and professional success.
