The Pennsylvania State Police today announced DUI charges have been filed against a trooper after he was found operating a department vehicle while intoxicated during his shift in Fulton County on Monday.
Trooper Justin Dibert was on duty at the Troop G, McConnellsburg station when a supervisor found him to be intoxicated, according to a news release. Charges were filed Wednesday in Fulton County.
Dibert, 34, enlisted in the Pennsylvania State Police in February 2021. He is assigned to the Patrol Section at Troop G, McConnellsburg. He was placed on restricted duty status as a result of the charges.
