Guns reported stolen in Bedford County

Nearly $3,000 in firearms taken

State police are investigating a burglary in which several firearms were stolen in Bedford County.

According to a police report, nearly $3,000 worth of firearms were taken from a residence along Hyndman Road in Londonderry Township. The theft occurred sometime between Sept. 4 and Oct. 15, police said.

The stolen items include a desert tan FN 509C valued at $600; a grayish blue Sig Sauer P229 valued at $600; a black Glock 20 Gen4, $450; a black cherry Glock 43x with engraved roses, $400; a burnt bronze Glock 19 Gen4, $400; and a black Alien Gear holster for a Glock 19, $25.
