The Altoona Community Theatre presented the 18th annual ISAAC Awards during a program at the Mishler Theatre on Saturday and Sunday.
The ISAACS distributes more than $40,000 in college scholarships to students participating in their high school musicals. In addition, Bill and Ann Benzel present each of the schools in the ISAACS with $500 for their production budgets. The ISAACS feature 20 schools from a six-county area -- Blair, Bedford, Cambria, Centre, Clearfield and Huntingdon.
