A Hollidaysburg man already facing charges in a number of burglaries, has now been charged with burglarizing a Hollidaysburg business last year and taking a Pennsylvania Skills Machine.
Dylon Shane Gardner, 27, is accused of breaking into Zmac's Riverside Pub on Sept. 9 and taking the machine that contained about $12,000.
Police said surveillance video showed a man, later identified as Gardner, breaking into the building through a side door.
The stolen machine was found weeks later in a nearby wooded area. It had been covered in spray paint.
During the investigation, police found Gardner on a dirt bike that was spray painted with the same paint used on the Skills machine, court documents state.
Gardner was arraigned Tuesday afternoon before Magisterial District Judge Paula M. Aigner on felony charges of burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, along with a summary charge of loitering and prowling at night. His bail was set at $100,000 and he was remanded to the Blair County Prison.
Online court documents also show Gardner is accused in a burglary on Sept. 18. In that case, he faces felony charges of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, theft and receiving stolen property. That case is listed as inactive, according to online court documents.
In a third case filed this year, Gardner is again accused of burglary. In that case, felony charges of burglary, criminal trespass and theft were held for court. Those charges stem from a June 11 case. Formal arraignment in that case is set for May 5, court documents indicate.
In a fourth case filed this year, Gardner's felony charges of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, theft and receiving stolen property were waived to court on March 9. That burglary occurred Sept. 2, online documents state. Formal arraignment in that case is set for May 14.
Gardner also faces charges in an Aug. 13 theft from Penn Turf and a Nov. 6 burglary at JLS Construction. Felony charges of criminal mischief, burglary, criminal trespass and conspiracy burglary were waived to court in that case and he awaits a formal arraignment, according to online court documents.
