A Huntingdon man faces more than 120 charges related to a sexual relationship he had with a 13-year-old female.

Mark Ryan Musser, 32, was arraigned Thursday before Magisterial District Judge Lisa Marie Covert on 31 felony charges each of child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor-sexual abuse of children, design/copy obscene material depicting a minor and criminal use of a communication facility.

Unable to post $200,000 bail, he was remanded to the Huntingdon County Prison. His preliminary hearing is set for Wednesday before Covert.

According to court documents, state police became aware of the relationship between Musser and the juvenile in October. In November, police interviewed the victim, who said the Musser family and her family have been friends for a long time. In 2018 or 2019, she began working at the Musser farm where she and Musser started having a romantic relationship that progressed to having sexual intercourse. That relationship lasted through October 2022, police were told.

In an interview with police, Musser said the girl started working the farm in 2019 and said the two became very close. Court documents state Musser admitted to having a sexual relationship with the girl and that the two took photographs of themselves engaged in sexual acts.

The victim’s phone was reviewed, and police found multiple photographs in her Snapchat account of both of them in various states of nudity and performing sex acts on each other, police reported.

On Musser’s cellphone, police found 31 photos of the victim in a state of partial nudity, all taken by the victim and sent to Musser, the report states.

Police said the age difference between Musser and the girl is 16 years,

10 months and 22 days.
