Food distribution postponed
Due to the winter storm, St. Luke's Food Pantry has postponed the food distribution planned for today. The distribution will now be held from 2 to 5:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16. More information is available on the church website or Facebook page or call the church at 814-942-1372; leave a message for a return call. St. Luke's Episcopal Church is at 806 13th St., Altoona.
Blair planners cancel meeting
The Blair County Planning Commission meeting schedule for today has been canceled due to the winter storm. In addition, the planning commission offices are closed today and Friday due to the weather. Staff will be working remotely and will respond to emails and messages.
