Dragons, ghouls and the undead guard the front yard at 5815 Oak Ave. in Altoona on Tuesday afternoon. Trick or Treat night for Blair County will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Thursday, Oct. 27. The Blair County Sheriff’s Office said parents should walk with small children and drivers are urged to use extreme caution during the event. In addition, all candy should be inspected before allowing children to eat it. If anything suspicious is found, contact local law enforcement immediately.
