The Altoona Police Department is currently investigating a stabbing incident that occurred Monday morning at the Logan Hills Apartments.
According to the department's Facebook post, police were not notified until the victim was transported by a private vehicle to the hospital.
The department said the investigation remains active and more details will be provided when available.
