Free COVID-19 testing has been extended through next week at the Blair County Convention Center, 1 Convention Drive, Altoona. Drive-thru clinics will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and Monday, Jan. 10, through Friday, Jan. 14.
Mid-nasal passage swab PCR tests will be performed. Testing is on a first-come, first-serve basis and is free.
Individuals must be 3 years old and older, do not have to live in Blair County and do not have to show symptoms of COVID-19 to be tested.
No appointment is necessary. Patients are encouraged to bring a photo ID.
