Hollidaysburg Borough worker Jim Hoover places the star atop the Hollidaysburg Christmas tree Wednesday morning. Volunteers will decorate the tree on Saturday and the 25-foot Norway spruce will be lit during the Light Up Night and Soup Sampling event on Friday, Nov. 26.
